CEZ is a diversified owner managed property fund with interests in industrial, convenience retail and specialised properties. Majority of the portfolio is in Greater Johannesburg and Pretoria areas of South Africa.
The experienced and dynamic management team care for the interests of the portfolio, with skills across various sectors including, retailing, development, finance and utility management. Strategic acquisitions, disposals and leasing is managed inhouse which is in line with the company’s investment strategy.
The management team, lead by Roman Cendrowski and Byron Wilson continue to be agile in its approach to transactions and providing relevant support to numerous business partners.

With over 20 years’ experience in the retail property development industry, we have used our knowledge and understanding of the industry to give our investors and stakeholders the best return on investment, while creating retail spaces that become part of the communities they are built in.

CEZ Investments holds an interest in Trademarc Property Fund which is an investment fund focused on investing in and developing industrial real estate in Poland, in conjunction with local development and investment partners. Its strategy has been to pursue off-market, high capital growth real estate development and investment opportunities, with the intention of trading and recycling capital. The Fund has two completed and substantially let warehousing and logistics developments totalling 125 000m² of Gross Lettable Area around the greater Warsaw region.
